Titanic Aft Grand Staircase, looking up from C Deck to the dome over A Deck. This staircase was similar to the more famous forward staircase in terms of design, but much smaller in terms of scope. It only served three decks with two landings, had a smaller dome (circular instead of oval), and a simpler clock. There was, however, a nice reception room on B Deck for the Cafe Parisien and A La Carte Restaurant. This area was large destroyed in the ship’s breakup, and what remains is either in the debris field or still part of one of the large sections of “tower” wreckage.
Also, we are still offering the Return Voyage Perk for anybody who donates at least $50 to our project via PayPal. First class cabins are nearly gone! Find out more about this perk here: http://www.titanichg.com/return-voyage-perk/
